    Genuine pre-owned from from the iconic Cartier Tank Solo XL, a modern interpretation of one of the most recognizable designs in the history of watchmaking. The Tank line, created in 1917 by Louis Cartier, has remained a symbol of timeless elegance and refined style for over a century. The XL version is equipped with an automatic movement and a practical date display, allowing it to retain the classic character of the Tank model while offering greater comfort for everyday use.

    This model is water-resistant to 30 meters. Reference number W5200028. Its functions include hours, minutes, seconds, and a date display. It was first released in May 2017. The set includes an original Cartier travel case and a certificate of authenticity.

    Case

    The case, with its distinctive rectangular shape, is crafted from stainless steel. It measures 31 mm in width (approximately 33 mm including the crown) and 40.85 mm in length, with a thickness of approximately 7.8 mm. The lugs are 22 mm wide. The distinctive crown is adorned with a blue cabochon featuring a synthetic spinel—a detail that is one of the most recognizable elements of Cartier watches.

    The silvery opaline dial is adorned with classic black Roman numerals and the distinctive “chemin de fer” minute track. The design is complemented by blue sword-shaped hands. The date window is subtly positioned at 6 o’clock. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

    The solid steel case back provides adequate protection for the movement, and the 3 ATM water resistance allows you to wear the watch safely during everyday activities.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the Cartier Calibre 049 automatic movement. The movement is based on the highly regarded ETA 2892-A2 design, operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), and offers approximately 42 hours of power reserve. The caliber displays the hours, minutes, seconds, and date, ensuring high reliability and ease of servicing.

    The watch features a steel bracelet with a double-clasp closure.
