The Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Geographic, reference number Q1508420 (147.8.57.S), is one of the most highly regarded travel watches in the manufacturer’s lineup Jaeger-LeCoultre. This model combines the classic elegance of the Master Control collection with an advanced world time complication, allowing the wearer to simultaneously read both the local time and the time in a selected time zone.

    This watch was manufactured in September 2006. The manufacturer specifies a water resistance of 50 meters. The set includes the original box and documentation.

    Case

    The 40-mm-diameter case is made of stainless steel. The silver-toned dial with guilloché details offers an exceptionally legible layout. In addition to the central local time display, the model features the second time zone display characteristic of the Geographic series, located at the bottom of the dial alongside a world city disc. A power reserve indicator is located at the 10 o’clock position, while the small seconds sub-dial is positioned at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and the see-through case back allows you to admire the craftsmanship of the in-house movement.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 937 in-house automatic movement. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 38 jewels, and has a power reserve of approximately 43 hours. The caliber offers a Geographic second time zone function, a power reserve indicator, and a small seconds hand. The movement was designed and manufactured entirely by Jaeger-LeCoultre,

    The watch features an elegant, original brown strap made of high-quality leather. The strap is equipped with an original clasp bearing the Jaeger-LeCoultre logo, ensuring comfort and security during everyday wear.
