    Case

    The 42-mm case is made of stainless steel and features a combination of satin-finished and polished surfaces. The black dial features Arabic numerals and distinctive pilot-style hands. The bicompax layout, with a small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock and a 30-minute chronograph counter at 12 o’clock, is the hallmark of this generation of IWC chronographs. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a double-sided anti-reflective coating.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with an IWC Caliber 79320 automatic movement. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 31 jewels, and has a power reserve of approximately 44 hours. Its design, based on a proven chronograph architecture, ensures high reliability, precision, and ease of servicing, which is why this model has long been appreciated by both pilots and collectors.

     

    Strap

    The model is equipped with an original IWC stainless steel bracelet. The robust design of the links perfectly complements the substantial case and the aviation-inspired character of the Pilot Chronograph. The bracelet features a secure folding clasp bearing the IWC logo, ensuring high comfort and a secure fit on the wrist.
