These dimensions ensure excellent readability and a striking presence on the wrist. The black dial was designed in keeping with the philosophy of pilot’s watches and features large Arabic numerals, a distinctive triangle at the 12 o’clock position, and hands coated with luminescent material. At the 3 o’clock position is a dual window displaying the day of the week and the date. The entire watch is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, which is resistant to sudden changes in air pressure.
