    This pre-owned TAG Heuer Monaco Calibre 12 Steve McQueen Chronograph is one of the most recognizable models in the history of watchmaking. The iconic square case and distinctive blue dial with white sub-dials pay homage to the legendary model worn by Steve McQueen in the 1971 film Le Mans. A blend of TAG Heuer’s motorsport heritage and modern Swiss watchmaking technology.

    This watch features a date display and a chronograph. Reference number CAW2111.FC6183 . The manufacturer specifies a water resistance of up to 100 meters. This watch comes with documentation and its original box. It was first sold in 2019.

    Case

    The case is made of stainless steel and measures 39 mm × 39 mm, with a thickness of approximately 14 mm, a lug-to-lug distance of approximately 47 mm, and a lug width of 22 mm. The distinctive blue sunburst dial features two white chronograph counters and red accents inspired by motorsports. The date window is positioned at 6 o’clock. The dial is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating. The polished square case retains the unique character of the Monaco collection, which has remained an icon of the world of auto racing since its debut.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with a TAG Heuer Calibre 12 automatic movement, set on 59 jewels. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers approximately 40 hours of power reserve. It displays the hours, minutes, small seconds, date, and chronograph function. The design, based on a proven chronograph movement, ensures high reliability and precision.

     

    Strap

    The model features a navy blue perforated leather strap inspired by 1970s racing gloves. The strap is secured with a steel butterfly clasp bearing the TAG Heuer logo. Its sporty character blends perfectly with the iconic Monaco design and highlights the motorsport roots of this exceptional model.
