WSTA0040, is a modern interpretation of the legendary Tank model, equipped with a Cartier in-house automatic movement. The silver-toned dial with classic Roman numerals, the distinctive blue sword-shaped hands, and the rectangular case create a timeless design that is perfect for both everyday wear and the most elegant occasions.

    The watch is pre-owned and comes with its original box and documentation. First sold in 2021; the manufacturer’s warranty is valid through 2029. It is water-resistant to 30 m (3 ATM).

    Case

    The 31 × 41 mm case is crafted from high-quality stainless steel and features the distinctive proportions that have set the Tank collection apart for over a century. It is 8.4 mm thick, with a lug-to-lug length of 41 mm and a width between the lugs of 23 mm. The distinctive crown is topped with a blue synthetic cabochon, one of the most recognizable elements of Cartier watches. The entire watch is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the Cartier Calibre 1847 MC in-house automatic movement, developed and manufactured by Cartier. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 23 jewels, and offers approximately 42 hours of power reserve. It displays hours, minutes, a central seconds hand, and a date window at the 6 o’clock position. The Caliber 1847 MC is prized for its smooth operation, precision, and reliability.

    Strap

    The watch comes with an original black Cartier strap made of calfskin with a pebbled texture, featuring an original Cartier steel butterfly clasp with a quick-release system that allows you to change the strap in an instant without using any tools.

      The watch is presented on a wrist with a circumference of 18 cm.

      The strap is adjustable, which gives you the ability to increase the size to a wrist circumference of about 22 cm.
