    Case

    The 34-mm case is crafted from Oystersteel and features a fluted bezel in 18-karat yellow gold. It is approximately 11.5 mm thick, with a lug-to-lug length of about 42 mm and a width between the lugs of 19 mm. It features the distinctive Oyster design with a screw-down crown.

    The watch features an elegant gold dial, adorned with applied gold hour markers and hands that complement the fluted bezel made of 18-karat yellow gold. The sapphire crystal, featuring the distinctive Cyclops lens above the date window, ensures excellent readability and high scratch resistance.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the Rolex Caliber 3135 in-house automatic movement—one of the most highly regarded and reliable movements in the history of modern watchmaking. It operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 31 jewels, and offers approximately 48 hours of power reserve. The movement is equipped with a Perpetual Rotor automatic winding mechanism, a stop-seconds function for precise time setting, and a quick-set date function (Quickset Date).
