    An authentic, pre-owned Cartier Calibre de Cartier watch, bearing reference number W7100036. This distinctive model combines stainless steel with elements crafted from 18-karat rose gold, a silver dial, and an integrated two-tone bracelet. The 42-mm case houses the in-house Cartier 1904-PS MC automatic movement. The Calibre de Cartier model represents the more bold and sporty side of the French watchmaker, while retaining the brand’s classic design elements: Roman numerals, sword-shaped hands, a blue spinel set in the crown, and a precisely finished dial.

    Case

    The round case is made of stainless steel and measures 42 mm in diameter, approximately 10 mm in thickness, and approximately 48.9 mm from lug to lug. Its robust design is complemented by wide crown guards and a fixed bezel made of 18-karat rose gold. The octagonal steel crown is adorned with a faceted blue synthetic spinel.

    The silver, partially fluted dial features a large, applied “XII” index, black Roman numerals, and an outer minute scale. The time is indicated by blued sword-shaped hands with luminescent coating. At the 3 o’clock position is a distinctive, widened date window displaying three consecutive dates, while a small seconds sub-dial is located at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

    The case back features a sapphire crystal through which the hand-wound movement is visible.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the Cartier 1904-PS MC in-house automatic movement. The caliber consists of 186 components, features 27 jewels, operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and provides approximately 48 hours of power reserve. The design incorporates two mainspring barrels, which ensure a more even transfer of energy. The movement features hour and minute hands, a small seconds hand, and a date display.

    The balance wheel and bridges are adorned with Geneva stripes, and the transparent case back allows you to observe the movement’s operation and decorative finish.

    Strap

    The integrated bracelet is crafted from brushed and polished stainless steel, accented with rose gold central elements. The two-tone design blends harmoniously with the gold bezel and gives the watch an elegant yet sporty character. The bracelet features a Cartier folding clasp that, when closed, maintains the uniform line of the links.
