The presented 2003 Chronograph Automatic Limited Edition combines the sporty character of a chronograph with the DiaStar collection’s signature tungsten case, ensuring exceptionally high scratch resistance and a timeless look.

    The black dial, combined with the robust case and chronograph function, gives the watch a dynamic and technical look.     Case

    The case is made from a combination of stainless steel and tungsten carbide, a material that is one of the hallmarks of the Rado brand. The case has a diameter of 41 mm, a thickness of approximately 14 mm, a lug-to-lug distance of approximately 47 mm, and a lug width of approximately 22 mm. The black dial features three chronograph sub-dials, applied hour markers, and hands coated with a luminescent substance. The watch features scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The crown and chronograph pushers harmoniously complement the model’s robust silhouette, emphasizing its sporty character. Solid case back, signed by the manufacturer.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with an ETA Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph movement, operating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), mounted on 25 jewels and offering approximately 42 hours of power reserve. This movement is considered one of the most proven and reliable chronograph designs in the history of Swiss watchmaking, valued for its durability, ease of servicing, and high precision.
