    Description

    The IWC Portugieser Automatic is an exceptionally elegant model from one of the most prestigious collections of the IWC Schaffhausen manufacture. The distinctive, deep green sunburst dial, combined with a polished stainless steel case, creates a modern interpretation of a classic dress watch. The slender feuille-style hands, applied hour markers, and subtly positioned small seconds sub-dial emphasize the timeless character of this model, which has long been a symbol of Swiss elegance and precision.

    This watch was manufactured in 2024 ( manufacturer’s warranty valid through 2031). It is a pre-owned watch, sold in its original set with the box and documentation. Reference number IW358310. The model is water-resistant to 50 meters (5 ATM).

    Case

    The case, with a diameter of 40 mm, a thickness of 12.3 mm, a lug-to-lug length of approximately 49 mm, and a lug width of 20 mm, is crafted from high-quality stainless steel. Its slender, fully polished design perfectly complements the elegant character of the Portugieser collection. It features a deep green sunburst dial with applied steel Arabic numerals, feuille-style hands, and a subtly positioned small seconds hand. The watch is equipped with a domed sapphire crystal with a double-sided anti-reflective coating and a transparent case back through which one can admire the workings of the in-house movement.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with the IWC Caliber 82200 in-house automatic movement, featuring the renowned Pellaton winding system with ceramic components that enhance durability and wear resistance. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 31 jewels, and provides an impressive 60-hour power reserve. The dial displays hours, minutes, and a small seconds sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position.

     

    Strap

    The model features an original strap made of green alligator leather, perfectly color-coordinated with the dial. Wearing comfort is enhanced by the original IWC folding clasp made of stainless steel, ensuring comfort and security during everyday use.

      The watch is presented on a wrist with a circumference of 18 cm.

      The strap is adjustable, which gives you the ability to increase the size to a wrist circumference of about 22 cm.
