    Case

    The case is crafted from a combination of Oystersteel and 18K yellow gold, characteristic of Rolex’s Rolesor technology. It has a diameter of 26 mm, a thickness of approximately 11 mm, alug-to-lug distance of approximately 32 mm, and a lug width of 13 mm for attaching the bracelet.

    The classic dial is complemented by a date window at the 3 o’clock position, featuring the distinctive Cyclops lens that magnifies the date display. The entire watch is protected by sapphire crystal that withstands daily wear and tear. The fluted bezel, crafted from 18K yellow gold, is one of the most recognizable elements of the Datejust collection.

    Mechanism

    The watch is equipped with a Rolex Caliber 2135 automatic movement, certified by the COSC as a chronometer. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features 29 jewels, and offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The design is renowned for its high reliability and precision.
