Case

The round case is made of stainless steel and has a diameter of 37 mm, a thickness of approximately 9.5–9.8 mm, and a lug-to-lug measurement of approximately 43.4 mm. The lug width is 19 mm. The polished surfaces, slender lugs, and smooth, fixed bezel emphasize the model’s classic character.

The silver dial features a delicate, sunburst finish. It is adorned with applied, faceted hour markers and Arabic numerals at 9 and 12 o’clock. The time is indicated by elegant Dauphine-style hands. A sector-style power reserve indicator is located on the left side of the dial; on the right is a hand-operated date window with a scale from 1 to 31; and a small seconds sub-dial is positioned at the 6 o’clock position. The dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a signed crown is located on the right side of the case.

The solid case back is secured with screws and features the distinctive Master Control 1000 Hours medallion —which indicates that Jaeger-LeCoultre has conducted an extensive testing program on the entire watch, including, among other things, timekeeping accuracy, resistance to temperature changes, shocks, and magnetic fields, as well as water resistance testing.

Mechanism

The watch is equipped with a Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 928/2 automatic in-house movement. The movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, features 45 jewels, and provides approximately 40 hours of power reserve. The movement displays hours and minutes, a small seconds hand, a hand-operated date display, and a mainspring power reserve indicator.

Strap

The watch is presented on a brown genuine leather strap with a distinctive texture, finished with contrasting light-colored stitching. The warm color of the strap softens the formal look of the silver dial and gives the watch a more versatile appearance. The type of clasp is not shown in the provided photos.
