    Case

    The substantial case, measuring 45.5 mm in diameter, 18.87 mm in thickness, and 52.3 mm in length from lug to lug, is crafted from stainless steel. The combination of brushed surfaces and polished edges highlights the distinctive profile of the Planet Ocean collection. The unidirectional rotating bezel features a black ceramic insert, an orange rubber segment marking the first 15 minutes, and a diving scale crafted using Liquidmetal™ technology. The black ceramic dial features applied hour markers and hands filled with Super-LumiNova, two chronograph counters, and a date window at 6 o’clock. It is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides. The screw-down crown and chronograph pushers are complemented by a helium escape valve positioned at 10 o’clock. The screw-down case back with sapphire crystal allows a view of the Omega 9900 in-house movement in action. The lug width is 22 mm.

    Mechanism

    The automatic, in-house Omega Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 9900 operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The movement features a chronograph function, a date display, a Co-Axial escapement, and Master Chronometer certification.
