The case is made of stainless steel and has a polished finish. For the blue version of the Keos, the approximate dimensions are as follows: a diameter of 40 mm without the crown, a thickness of approximately 13.8 mm, and a lug-to-lug width of approximately 47 mm. The lug spacing is 20 mm. The round case is surrounded by a smooth, wide bezel, and the contoured lugs are adorned with elongated caps characteristic of this model. On the right side are a fluted crown and two buttons for operating the chronograph. The solid, screw-down case back bears the brand and model markings.

The blue dial is complemented by metallic Roman numerals, slender hands, and a fine minute and second scale along the outer edge. The date window is located at the 3 o’clock position, the small seconds sub-dial at the 9 o’clock position, the 30-minute chronograph sub-dial at the 12 o’clock position, and the 12-hour chronograph sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position.
