    Description

    The IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Edition “Le Petit Prince” is a sophisticated pilot’s watch designed for people who frequently travel across different time zones. The model features a vivid blue dial, a blue ceramic bezel with city names, and the patented Timezoner function, which allows the wearer to change the time zone by pressing and rotating the bezel. Reference IW395503 was produced as a limited edition of 1,500 pieces. The steel case has a diameter of 46 mm, and the watch is water-resistant to 60 meters.

    Case

    The case is made of stainless steel and measures 46 mm in diameter and approximately 15.2 mm in thickness. The width between the lugs is 22 mm. The distinctive blue bezel with a ceramic insert features a ring inscribed with the names of 24 cities representing the most important time zones and also serves to control the Timezoner system. The dial is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides, secured against displacement caused by a sudden drop in pressure. The transparent case back allows you to observe the operation of the in-house movement. The blue sunburst dial features large Arabic hour markers, luminescent hands, a date window, and a 24-hour day/night indicator.

    Mechanism

    The watch is powered by the in-house IWC Caliber 82760 automatic movement. The caliber consists of 284 components, features 22 jewels, operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and offers approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The Pellaton automatic winding system utilizes exceptionally durable ceramic components. The movement features hour, minute, and central seconds hands, a date display, a 24-hour display, and the Timezoner function, which allows for quick adjustment of the local time without stopping the movement.

    Strap

    The model features a brown calfskin strap, accented with light-colored stitching and finished with an original IWC steel folding clasp. The strap is 22 mm wide and highlights the classic, aviation-inspired character of the limited-edition “Le Petit Prince.”
